What is a SOLID Think Tank
Where experience becomes collective intelligence.
Every session is intentionally curated and professionally facilitated to encourage honest discussion, challenge conventional thinking, and uncover practical insights that rarely emerge in larger public forums.
The room is small by design 12 to 15 senior leaders, one topic, 60 minutes. Everyone in it was selected because they bring meaningful experience and are willing to contribute openly.
SOLID’s David Cowen facilitates every session. The conversation is unscripted. What emerges comes from the room, not from a prepared agenda.

Every Think Tank follows the same structure designed to get to the real conversation fast and keep it there.
Phase 01
Prepare
Participants receive the topic and framing context before the session. David opens with a brief orientation so everyone knows who is in the room and what question the group is here to explore.
Phase 02
Discuss
A structured, facilitated conversation where every participant contributes. Real challenges surface. Assumptions get challenged. The room goes where the energy takes it guided by David, shaped by the people in it.
Phase 03
Synthesize
Key themes, differing viewpoints, and practical takeaways are captured for participants. David closes by naming what the room agreed on, what it didn’t, and what to take back to your organization.
